Who we are

This policy applies to Maksym Sulym’s public CV at https://cv.mastrix.cc (the “Site”). For privacy questions, contact dev@mastrix.cc.

What we process

• Hosting and security: The Site is served via Cloudflare Workers and static assets. Cloudflare processes connection metadata (for example IP address, user agent, TLS details) to deliver and protect the Site.
• Web Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled on this Site. No analytics beacon is loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com. If analytics is turned on in the future, this policy will be updated first.
• No accounts or forms: The Site does not offer login, checkout, or contact forms that store submissions on the server.

Cookies

The Site does not set first-party marketing or session cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary edge cookies (for example bot management or security) when required to operate the CDN. Because non-essential tracking cookies are not used by this Site, no cookie consent banner is shown today.

If that changes (for example third-party advertising or non-essential analytics you control), this policy and the Site UI will be updated before those technologies are enabled.

Legal basis (EEA / UK)

Where GDPR applies, processing is based on legitimate interests in operating a public professional CV and securing the Site. You may object to processing where applicable law gives you that right.

Retention

Server and analytics logs are retained according to Cloudflare’s configuration and your account settings, typically for a limited operational period. Content on the Site is rebuilt from source at deploy time; version metadata is shown on the home page footer.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights relating to this Site, email dev@mastrix.cc.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the Site’s technology or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the CV content build used for this page.
